I had to ask a stranger to call them since they only spoke Italian and her assistant with very bad English was not available. "We stayed here for 2 weeks. Was amazing and so close to everything in the Tourist area. Valentina was amazing! She often gave us recommendations on where to go. They also provided transport for different attractions in the area for an additional charge! Overall really recommend for your stay in Palermo "

"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up.
