"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"The only matter with the mansion is houskeeping, the room is not cleaned on daily basis but on request, otherwise i trully enjoyed my stay and will stay in this mansion if i visit mardin again and shall recommend it to friends. Staff are very helpfull specially Mr. Ismail at the reception "

The rooms were lovely and the location is beyond ideal, down a quiet, artisanal street right off the bustle action of the old town’s Main Street, and about a 2 minute walk to the Mardin Archaeology Museum. "This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. "
