"Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well."

"Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance. "The hotel room is cozy and the hot spring bath is good despite the fact that it was quite busy during the new year. The dinner and breakfast are both good. The staff are also nice and helpful."
