"Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance. "We had an excellent stay. The only issue is the hotel shuttle from train station to the hotel. You need call the hotel to request a shuttle and had trouble to make international cell phone call. We end up to use a pay phone to call the hotel."
