"Service was exceptional! I had a baby and needed help with sterilising his bottles and staff were so helpful and went over and beyond with everything! Room was a bit cold when we arrived but they provided us with a heater which did the trick ! Room was in an ok condition could do with a bit of a refurb ! Overall really pleasant stay as service was exceptional!"

"Well appointed hotel with super helpful staff. The bar and lobby area are freezing in the winter because they are effectively open to the external doors. Very disappointed at the intransigent response to my request for a refund as I had to check out a day earlier for family reasons - despite I told them 2 days earlier. Not what I expect from Hilton, especially as a Hilton Honours member for 20 years. The way of the world I guess?"

"A very pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally situated in a central location. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that our room overlooked The Light, meaning we were disturbed by the light at night and we were woken at 8 o’clock to the sound of Christmas music "

"What a great hotel. Right in the square attached to the railway station. Walked out of the door and straight into the Christmas Market. Definitely a great place to stay and the breakfast staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble."
