"Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was busy and the staff work hard and swiftly clean to get next diners in. Barely heard any other guests when in my room, not the outside traffic. The tram stop was just across the road and takes about 10 mins to princess street. Buses were also available. Uber was about £8 from The Playhouse theatre. I'd stay again "

"We loved our stay, the Leith area is a great places to stay. Full of amazing bakeries and dining options. Our room had everything we needed including the best shower we had in ages!! Craig was so helpful and his list of recommendations were all great"

"The staff was responsive and friendly. Overall the stay was nice, the only thing that made me not give them 5/5 is that we booked a triple room, upon arriving to the room only 2 bath towels where found, and even tho we asked for an extra towel through Expedia chat nobody provided it. Bear in mind with this and bring your towels from home but after all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us :) "
