"Excellent hotel, great location and breakfast loveley"

"Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was busy and the staff work hard and swiftly clean to get next diners in. Barely heard any other guests when in my room, not the outside traffic. The tram stop was just across the road and takes about 10 mins to princess street. Buses were also available. Uber was about £8 from The Playhouse theatre. I'd stay again "

"Tom and Rowena are gorgeous hosts in this beautiful place in Leith. The breakfast options are aplenty, on top of a good small buffet of fruit, yoghurt and cold cuts. Our room was comfortable, clean and homely. The only downside was the bathroom and toilet were kinda tiny so just take it into account if you need more space. Would definitely stay again 10/10 recommend this to others - as it's within 3 minutes' walk of at least 3 different bus routes."

"Antler Guest House was ideally located for our weekend stay in Leith. The No. 11 bus put us practically at the door and having the tram nearby was great. There are loads of places to eat and drink nearby. We liked the Brunswick Book Club with its heated outside terrace and La Casa (although the latter isn’t ideal for people with hearing difficulties - all hard surfaces means it’s incredibly noisy, but the food was very nice). "Our stay was brilliant . Looked after by Mirella . We had a comfortable room with the best breakfast ever tasted in any hotel . Beside all the cereals , home made Scottish porridge and bowls of fresh fruit . There was a menu listing everything . From smoked salmon to a full Scottish breakfast . This contained 2 eggs , 2 rashers bacon , sausage , tomato , mushrooms , black pudding , haggis , tatties , toast , and a bowl of beans . fruit juice , coffee . All made by Mirella's father .
