"This is an amazing hotel. I would give it 12 out of 10 stars. If I could, the staff was beyond amazing they knew about my allergy before I even opened my mouth to say anything. "A bit cramped but for exploring Funchal the location is excellent- we booked a room with a double bed and got a room with two singles which spoilt our arrival but we got a double bed the next night after contacting Expedia. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it sufficed"
