"Staff provided excellent service. The room was clean and roomy & comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The WiFi was excellent. I was impressed because I’m a remote worker & rely on good quality WiFi. The TV wasn’t large, but that was fine with me. I’m not much into watching TV when I’m vacationing anyway. The bathroom was huge and had clean towels. There were no toiletries like shampoo or body wash. I brought my own anyway, so no worries there. The location was excellent...

"The staff was warm, helpful and friendly and made my father and me incredibly welcomed and comfortable. The two rooms we rented were gorgeous and the pool was clean and felt private. Couldn’t imagine a more pleasant time in Merida."
