"We got this room because of price point and proximity to Arrowhead Stadium. Exterior is dated and parking lot rough. Our window view was out at round level looking up a bare hill. The room was ok, older up date. We only used it to sleep and it was relatively quiet, it is about a block off of a main street. Bright side was the wonderful lady running the breakfast, always made conversation and left us smiling."

"It was a suprise to find an economically priced hotel that was in such a great condition. All the furnishings from the lobby to the room were all "up-to-date" in fixtures and furnishings. We were very impressed with how clean the entire property was. Our room was immaculate.
