"Very nice hotel and staff were very accommodating to our needs. We travelled with our 15 month old daughter and struggled to find dining options in the area for her. The hotel made a special order to ensure a nutritious meal was available. The restaurant was amazing as is the roof terrace. "

"This was an overall good stay. Was there for the Taylor Swift concerts in Madrid and it was extremely convenient to stay there. Their elevator situation was a problem. I get it. Stuff breaks, but having 1 elevator for that weekend was kind of a challenge. Not horrible though. I braved parking a car in their lot and don’t recommend it. TIGHT quarters down there but they did warn me. STAFF WAS GREAT!!! Took care of all of our needs. "
