"Booked this hotel due to their pool, but upon arrival they said the pool was closed and they had no idea when it would be open. However they still advertise the pool on here and use it as the main image. Since we arrived late we stayed one night but then agreed with the reception that we would cancel the remaining 2 nights and get a refund. "It was a great property and surprisingly offered private parking in the middle of the busy city! (There isn’t real clear signage on the street, be aware you have to look for a big black metal gate to enter the property.) We were able to walk everywhere and the piazza and sights were SO close. We had a big jacuzzi tub, beautifully painted high ceilings, and the bed was comfortable. We definitely recommend, especially if you’re coming off a long flight into the Catania airport."
