"The property was in a great location on the river, and has easy walking access to all the best spots in Hoi An. The rooms were a bit dark but the hotel staff were happy to assist by providing extra lamps for the room. Breakfast was ok, not fabulous, and the service at the Japanese restaurant in house was terrible. The hotel staff were generally very helpful. The rooftop bar is cool too!"

"We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location."

"The staff were so friendly. They upgraded me to a better room as a surprise for me, which I really appreciated. It’s within walking distance to the Japanese bridge and from there you’re in the tourist my area. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was terrible, everything else was superb."

"This was a nice place to spend a few days bumming around Hoi An. Just removed enough from the action to have it feel peaceful coming "home", but easy to get to everything. Very very clean, with comfy beds. We had an interior room. Felt a little cramped but it was nice to be able to open the balcony doors for fresh air if not for a view (faces a narrow courtyard). Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! My only critique is the breakfast. It's relatively big, but they don't replenish...

"Everything was excellent. The complimentary shuttle bus to the Old Town was a very thoughtful option. Except: The hot water supply was a little short. OK, as it was only me in the room so it didn't matter, but if two people were staying together, who didn't shower together, then the hot water would be a little cold for the second person. Secondly, there was no coffee making machine in the room. For an establishment that calls itself five star, two star instant coffee isn't an option. However I...

Bathroom does not have a separate shower.The shower is inside the bathtub.Hot water system does not work correctly. It is very difficult to mix,it is either too hot or too cold.
