"This was our second trip to Hoi An. The town is majestic! The hotel was fantastic. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and most of all an exceptional staff. We were also super happy with the store across the alley from our room. We bought drinks, snacks, deodorant and rented a scooter from them for the equivalent of $5 a day. I can’t say anything bad about the trip and genuinely loved staying there. If you pick it try to meet and talk with the store owners also. Super sweet sisters...

"We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on. Bed was also showing its age as it lacked support. Otherwise staff are warm, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable. Location was impeccable. It was walking distant to the food street and old market. Booking of show and latern release is a breeze at the hotel. On the whole, good hotel and great location."

"The staff were so friendly. They upgraded me to a better room as a surprise for me, which I really appreciated. It’s within walking distance to the Japanese bridge and from there you’re in the tourist my area. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was terrible, everything else was superb."

"Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour. It was more of a 3 star property than reported 4 star, but overall, I would recommend the property. The room smelled a little musty, but not so much to bother us. Their free breakfast was very nice and had plenty of options to choose from. "
