"Family ski trip. The hotel is across the road from Zao Chuo Ropeway and about 1 km from Zao Ropeway. Hotel provides pick up and drop off at bus terminal at arrival and check out. "The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "
