"Check in takes forever. When I arrived to check in there were seven other groups waiting to check in. I timed the single receptionist at 8 minutes per check in. After waiting for around 25 minutes a second receptionist finally showed up. Overall check in time was over 30 minutes. I value efficiency in business and this process seems crazy to me. "This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"I thought the room was nice but I did have an issue trying to get the tub spout diverter raised to divert water to the shower head.It took me several attempts as I believe there were mineral deposits on the stem of the diverter that had caused it to be stuck in place. I also noticed that the plumbing is not secured effectively behind the shower head as I was able to pull the shower head and piping forward which should not be possible if it were securely clamped to the studs behind the wall.
