"Check in takes forever. When I arrived to check in there were seven other groups waiting to check in. I timed the single receptionist at 8 minutes per check in. After waiting for around 25 minutes a second receptionist finally showed up. Overall check in time was over 30 minutes. I value efficiency in business and this process seems crazy to me.
