"I made a reservation and received a confirmation email to state that my booking was successful and that we would make payment at the property. When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying. He stated that the office was also closed so there was no one to call and reconcile this with. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there in April and was looking forward to coming back."

The tiles in the room were cracked and stained, the tub was cracked and peeling, the shower sang every time you turned the water on, the toilet ran on and on, even after jiggling the handle, the staff barely speak to you unless you speak first (this includes staff in the dining area, front desk, cleaning lady, pool guy, and at the bar), the food tastes like it was sitting in the freezer for months, defrosted in the microwave and served, the "security key card box"...
