"The value of the hotel is you can ski in and out even in poor snow conditions (as we had). Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). "The hotel was ok, receptionist was nice and attentive. Breakfast was pretty limited in terms of options but good enough to fuel up before skiing. Decent wi-fi in the room and the cafe area. Supermarket is right next door. Our room had a broken light bulb but no one cared to fix it. The hotel itself is not ski-in/ski-out, there's good 5-7 minutes up the road till you reach the closest lift. "

"The hotel is located about 50 or so meters from the nearest lifts. It really couldn’t be more convenient. The staff we extremely helpful. The car park the hotel recommends is a multi storey on the edge of town but a member of staff travelled up with me following him and then he gave me a lift back - and even helped with buying the correct (and best value) parking ticket. The room was warm and had radiators that were easy to contraplano rather than those electric heaters found in many ski hotels...

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "
