"Condo is part of a larger development. Great property. Pools were great. Enjoyed our 3 day stay. Only issue was location wasn’t where we thought it was. Map on bio for property has it beachside (company’s headquarters) actually about a KM from it. Wasn’t a big issue because we loved where we are. Did book because it appeared beachside. "

"The apartment was great. Very spacious, nice beds and furniture. Great ocean view and beautiful balcony. The air conditioner works perfectly. The bathrooms in each room all had nice showers and the master bathroom had a jacuzzi. Also, Jobo is one of the closest buildings to the beach club, which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stayed and hope to be back soon!"

"Absolutely beautiful!! Flamingo is one of our favorite places to stay. The condo was beautiful, clean , easy to get to , and the beach is almost private. The people who live in the complex are amazing!!! Condo has everything you need and then some. We will be back !!!"

"The view was incredible. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Bedding and linens were premium and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for a short or extended stay. Pool areas well maintained with beautiful settings and views. BUT this condo is NOT in walking distance to the beach....there is NO walkway/path as advertised. The WORST issue with this property is that it is almost inaccessible from either direction. The main road to the condo is a dirt...

"I love it, having accommodations with a good AC in this area was lifesaving, was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a couple or friends trip "

"Very nice residence with lots of space for five persons. Except for our food we didn’t need to purchase anything. Most of what we needed for a week was available. The area was quiet at night. We had a good sleep every day. There was a clogging issue with the sink in the washroom leading to the Master bedroom. I reported it the second day but the repair did not occur. Overall we had a pleasant week. "

"For the price , it was a great location and spacious. Only complaints I have is no elevator, especially with a bunch of luggage and being in the third floor , going up and down with elderly people wasn’t fun for a whole week . Our living room A/C was nice and cool , but unfortunately the rooms A/C 2/3 didn’t work , so that wasn’t fun at night . Many pool options, and gated community, so that was nice and convenient."

"We've stayed here a few times and feel it's good value for the price. Tonight there were some ants crawling around on the floor, but heh, we're in Costa Rica so not too surprised. The pool was warm and the bed was comfy."

Super cómodo que la playa esté en frente y el beach club también es increíble … Amo los trials para caminar o andar en bicicleta ! La playa es preciosa y muy rica para nadar . "My wife and I came from the US for our honeymoon for 7 days and we loved our stay! To be honest, we were worried after reading some of the reviews, but the staff was helpful and prompt, the property was clean, the pools were nice, and the beach was great! They have an awesome on-site booth to purchase excursions which we did multiple of! The only downsides we can only think of were the showers could use some updating! The food is decent; Nothing to write home about but not bad. There is quite a bit of walking, as the property is large, but truly nothing to complain about unless you are elderly or have some health issues. The animals on the property keep to themselves and are so cute! Overall, I’d say if you’re looking for a cheap, fun, good, place to stay and go out and see Costa Rica, this is your spot! If you’re looking for exquisite food, super nice rooms, and premium liquor, I’d go somewhere else:)"

"Location was great minus road to access very bumpy...car massage all employees we delt with were friendly accommodating and very helpful from housekeeping to bartenders check in to check out amazing staff. Rooms are a bit dated but ours was very clean and our housekeeper was excellent. To be able to safely walk the beach to monkey's bar see the howlers and the capuchin monkeys...tours we did direct from hotel with dive carib excellent...really enjoyed our stay resort staff and foid...as well as massage with karoline and lety near the beach...just the best"
