"This property is in a great location within Khao Sok, and just a stone throw from the National Park entrance. Khao Sok itself is like a one horse street, more like a strip, that houses all of the accommodation, restaurants and bars. The advantage is that everywhere was easily accessible on foot. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. Our room was overlooking the river, where we saw monkeys swinging through the trees in the morning - it was an amazing setting...

"We booked just 1 night at Caligo Resort because it was conveniently located close to Cheow Lan Pier (Ratchaprapha Pier). Once we arrived, we fell in love with the place; the view from the room was breathtaking. The terrace was perfect for relaxing while getting lost in the landscape. The big glass wall that allowed us to appreciate the view from the bed and the tub was also a great touch. On top of that, the service was 5-star. "Great if youd like to emmerse yourself in the depths of the jungle. We seen plenty of wildlife in its natural habitat. We had a snake visit our treehouse on the first night which for us was a memorable experience as it did its own thing and didnt bother us. This being said we were well prepared mentally for any cute critters to come into the room because we did the research and knew what we were up for. Only minor downside would have been the bug net was too thick so we couldnt catch the breeze...

"Wonderful place to stay. We stayed at Cottage 8. A/C was sufficient. One improvemwnt could include some antislip mats in the wet bathroom. The smooth tiled floor made it extemely slippery and hazrdous on occassions. The garden around the property was lush with various fruit trees and easy acces to the river adjacent to the property. We felt very safe. Thank you!"
