"We arrived late at night post checking out the night night market at Surat Thani as check in available until 23.45 :) Please be awake: black elephant boutique and 88 fine hotel are combined. We booked a room in 88 fine hotel and was expecting to sleep in one of the detached rooms as per photos in the booking- however we stayed on the second floor of the black elephant boutique. The stairs are very steep- so would recommend when booking to book first floor if needed! Other than that- room...

"The good thing was that it is new. Other than that there was not much positive things. I understand it is a three star and don’t expect 5 star service but the staff does not try at all. The bed is very very soft foam that is hard to move once your laying down. Breakfast I believe they cook everything in the morning and just give it to you once you arrive on the plate. "Our stay was comfortable. We had a plane to catch in the morning so we needed a place to stay. This place seem to be accommodating for three persons. The check-in process was fast and easy. We were walked to our room and shown how everything worked. The hotel was close to the Mall TESCO LOTUS and local fresh market (some cooked food and market where locals shop for meat/fresh veg/fruits). It was very good and inexpensive.
