"I have stayed at the Park Hotel on 3 separate occasions for about 5 days each time. The staff is awesome, breakfast is wonderful, and the hotel feels safe and secure. Room is comfortable, though some of the fixtures are getting worn. It rained heavily during this stay, and the sliding balcony door (and I loved that they gave me a room with a balcony) took in a bit of water. The staff are the main thing that makes the Park great."

"The hostess was nice but due to having no windows it was extremely hot in the room at night. Also the owner has dogs that like to bark when anyone drove by no matter the hour. Luckily the hostess worked with us and let us cancel our reservation to find a more quiet place that had windows and ac."

"Fair value for money. Got there after dark, went to see desk staff (two of them). They did not know the name of the hotel as per the reservation, so they sent us away. When we returned, after being assured by their COMPETITORS that we had been at the right place, they agreed that their hotel might have another name and found our reservations. No apology for wasting 30 minutes of our time."

"Although hotels.com guaranteed us the reservation. when we arrived there was no room, we had to manage to find another hotel so as not to stay on the street, since that week there was a big parade in the port. even a bus arrived with people with reservations and the same thing happened to them.
