"I understand the city went through a CAT 5 Hurricane in November 2023. The only issue to address is the A/C. Tourists will not be confortable with an average temperature of 78 degrees. You must push the issue until you get a room with proper working A/C. Having said that, you MUST keep doors, sliding doors and curtains closed CORRECTLY at all times for your A/C to reach proper temperature (71° to 73°), if you do your part; your room will cool down properly.
