"Great hotel, nice staff"

"The location itself was excellent. The staff was typical New Yorker- abrupt but efficient particularly the lady at the Hilton Honors desk who was stingy when I asked her for an extra bottle of water - what’s the big deal for a Hilton Honors member ??? Plus the hotel added a $35 a day mandatory breakfast charge whether you use it or not - maybe that’s typical of NY but it should have been disclosed or presented in a friendly manner. It’s the attitude of the front office lady that made a bad mark...

"Was here for the HBCU Classic was allowed to check in early had a good time. Just wish they still had the shuttles directly to the Mets stadium, but walking from American dream wasn't too bad."

"The property is great! However, the only hiccup we had was, we were extremely hungry and the supervisor, would not allow us to get anything to eat. The cafe attendant was really nice and she seemed saddened by this but there was nothing she could do. While standing there, a few more hungry patrons arrived and everyone was turned back. It was a sad moment. Otherwise, from every other individual we came into contact with, gave us the attention we needed. "

Being on the upper west side, travel by subway was easy and we enjoyed exploring the various parts of the city"
