"Excellent staff at the Sheraton especially Juan and Erica in the breakfast service , you couldn't find any more better service in any location. One complaint I have is the availability of ATM's at the Hotel , the type of ATM would not let me access my Canadian Accounts and we had to make 30 minute trips to the closest ATM. Its an International Hotel and this Banks ATM is unacceptable."

"Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."
