"Got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Very spacious accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom slightly dated with marks and small area of mould."

"Lovely hotel, great location for city centre as lots of bars and restaurants on door step. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Only issue was cleaners came into our room twice in the morning whilst we were still in the room. "

"Hotel doesent give deposit back . Hotel was not very clean had blood marks rtc on bed sheets. Some of the walls had door marks in them and the door handles were very loose ready to fall off . The wooden panels underneath the dishwashers were extremely loose etc. we felt very unwelcomed due to all of this as all of this damage was already here before we enterd the property signifying that they may be trying to set us up not to get our deposit back (in which we didn’t receive back )"
