"a clean solid middle-class hotel with an outstanding, and very friendly and helpful staff and owner. the picture on their website is not of the hotel but of a nearby attraction. the hotel is located in a building shared by many small hotels who each may have a room or more on a floor or more. there is a good elevator. breakfast is fine and the melon was the best i have had in a long time."

"Ángels is an excellent HOST as she responds to all messages promptly, answers ant questions, informative, speaks several languages fluently and provides an awesome breakfast!!!! Many pastries were homemade as she is an expert baker. Her accommodations are described and photos are accurate. "The hotel is located near the teatro massimo (5 minutes walk), and quite close to great trattorias and tourist restaurants. The inside is quaint. The room large, with private bath and a balcony. Because if the location, it’s really loud at night so either embrace the local lifestyle and stay out until 2-3AM, or invest in good earplugs. Hotels.com, Purtroppo non ho saputo cosa è successo ma ci hanno spostato di albergo ad un prezzo superiore e senza colazione però più in centro ma ce la siamo fatta a piedi di sera dopo un viaggio in autobus.Ci hanno detto che a loro non risultava la prenotazione,e gli era già successo.Comunque tutto bene,un po' infastiditi per l'accaduto,ma capisco che po' succedere.Distinti saluti e buon lavoro."
