Room was clean but small, no tea/coffee facilities, television reception poor and monitor was desktop size, mattress was foam (very uncomfortable), aircon poor and shower door damaged."

"Beautiful seaside hotel, charming decor and staff. Walked to delicious restaurant for dinner and watched the sunset. The public beach across the street was clean and had chairs and umbrellas to rent if desired. My only issue is perhaps a personal preference which was the bed was too firm."

The place had a lot of charm and the staff were super helpful. The one dinner we had there was excellent. "This is the land of “no” for the price of “yes”. Get ready to lug your bags to your room upon arrival. I’m giving one star for cleanliness as I was left crusty towels as “clean” on my bed, and my bathroom had used mascara brushes left behind the mirror which I found to be disgusting. Half of the staff is fabulous and very accommodating. The other half is obviously overwhelmed and inexcusably rude. There is NO SPA. These are in room massages booked by a third party. Our masseuse only offered one...

" First of all, if you are driving, this is not located in the town on San Vero Mills, but in the town of Putzu Idu. It can be confusing as SVM is a town and an area. Once we stayed here a few days I wished we had not chosen this spot. There are such better towns and beaches just north with much more to do and much prettier towns and beaches.
