"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."

"The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. "I didn't like the fact that reception told us we had an hour to get to Dinner because they close at 2200, but when we arrived, it was 2130, and so what was supposed to be a nice dinner turned into a nightmare."

"We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. The balcony had great views of the village and the beach. We were facing west, and had a lovely sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant called Bellmonte next...

"Having read reviews which stated a very good breakfast, we were a little disappointed in the choices of fresh fruit, the fact the orange juice was diluted and there was no facility for toasting goods. The cooked options however, were very good."
