"we checked in to the hotel and i was surprised by the small lobby, but then saw the larger lobby on the other side of the small wall and it was fine for having drinks in the evening. the room -- with a balcony and river view-- was way too small for two people for 4 nights! I was so upset, you couldn't even open the balcony doors without them hitting the bed. I complained and by the next morning they were moving me to what they said was a "step down" -- a much larger room complete with sitting...

"Excellent Italian buffet breakfast. Large groups of organized tours were checking in and out, and taking up elevators and crowded common areas, but for the most part that was not an issue. The room with a view of the river for which I paid extra was a misnomer because the trees obstruct the view, but the room faces a few lanes of traffic that makes it too noisy to get a good night sleep. However, we were promptly and easily moved to a quiet side of the building on our request and lost only...

"Perfectly located property right by the river. Every staff member was excellent and so helpful and kind. Property also has an amazing roof deck with incredible views of the city and river. Our room was great and also had a nice sized balcony with a great view of the city. "
