"This property is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. It is super convenient to the train station and surprisingly quiet in terms of train noise. I enjoyed hearing pop up musicians in the piazza below and watching people milling about. The rooms and bathroom are beautiful. Breakfast is served wonderful! Service staff phenomenal! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!"

"We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice. "
