"Hotel stay was amazing. Has an amazing pool with a gorgeous view of Florence. Hotel staff were outstanding, gave us amazing suggestions for activities to do and restaurants to eat at. Also helped us get a last minute cab to get to catch our train just in time! For sure coming back to stay at the Hotel Kraft the next time we're in Florence and would suggest everyone to stay here!"

"It is an elegant hotel and it is located in a quiet area and easy walk to all attractions. There are many restaurants nearby or at walking distance. Breakfast was great. Good beds and bathroom. Loved having tea at the end of the day in the lobby."
