I enjoyed hearing pop up musicians in the piazza below and watching people milling about. The rooms and bathroom are beautiful. Breakfast is served wonderful! Service staff phenomenal! "What a lovely hotel! The staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. It is a very clean, beautiful, and well appointed hotel with a nice bar too. I loved our luxurious bath and wonderful robes. The breakfast had any and everything one could want with a very kind wait staff. The location was perfect! You are just a minutes walk from the train station and close to everything you will want to do in Florence. Wonderful stay- we will be back! "

The room had very nice lighting. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, not a desirable view outside, but wonderful on the inside.
