"A one day stop in Florence. The reception is alright across the road from the main Florence train station, with the apartment a 2 minute short walk from there. Viola the receptionist was super helpful with recommendations which we were glad we took. There are no dining facilities in Alba but the room was absolutely fine. Clean and the linen good quality. Perfect if you want a base to put your head down and freshen up after a day exploring this amazing city"

However we had a poor experience, because the heating was on during a warm day with no control panel or instructions to shut it off. The staff was unavailable and wasn’t responsive to assist us. We couldn’t open the windows because we were right next to a busy and dusty street. This ruined our stay."
