We arrived quite late and given instructions of how to get into the building, even though the desk help had already gone home. Everything worked perfectly and we really enjoyed our stay. "

I liked the 2 separate spaces included in this particular unit (Nativi). The communication with the host was fantastic! The ONLY reason why I gave it a score of 4 is because the gym was so small and dungeon-like and I was surprised by the additional cost to use the sauna. We ended up not using the sauna because the price...

"This is a wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was immaculate and spacious, worth every penny, though there were quite a few of those pennies! The breakfast is incredible as were the attendants. The location is great, a little quieter and away from the center, but close enough to walk everywhere. Easy access to the train. We will be staying here again and I travel with a small child who was made very welcome. Thank you, GH Minerva. "
