"This place is dusgusting, hot water, smelly bathrooms, mosquitos, dirty and worn sheets n towels... stained. Staff turn A/C off externally, and power to rooms so if phone on charge... it don't charge. Restaurant staff don't understand toast n jam on menu, and charge extra for butter. My rooms cost me £24 per night 2 rooms single occupancy, so £96 advertised at £12 pernight some places... not worth £12 "Very close to Taj Mahal" was the only positive thing can be said. "

"Our family of 4 (with two boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for 2 nights and overall had a really good experience at Taj Resorts. The location cannot be beat: the Taj East Gate is a pleasant walk to the west and the hotel area is relatively clean and quiet. We thought the breakfast was good and made a lot of use of the rooftop pool. There's a good view of the Taj from the uppermost roof areas. We thought the food from the roof area restaurant was good. "The problem arose when we checked in asked about hot water in bathroom. Was assured it was there. Not only did it not come in the night but no hot water was available in the morning as well. We had to ask for heater to be turned on when we checked in and during the night it was turned off. Woke up cold and had to shower in cold water. The pillows were stained a dirty. There were blood stains on them. "
