The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. "The location of the hotel is excellent, the Hutongs around the hotel are lovely and many places to eat and drink. If you are happy to walk about 30 minutes all the key sites are walkable, otherwise you can easily get a taxi/DiDi or metro. The only downside is that the rooms themselves are small with virtually no storage - we had no wardrobe, 1 small cupboard with no shelf and 1 small open unit by a bed, so there was very limited space for clothes. "

"We really liked the location of this hotel. We stayed for two nights and on the second night they took our towels and when we went down to the front desk they said they would bring them up and never did. The service was not the best. The room was nice overall but fairly worn."
