"Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK"

"I absolutely loved this hotel! I booked a suite and it was much bigger than the pictures showed. There were two of us staying there, and one of us had the bedroom and the other had the lounge. Easily big enough for both of us. Everyone working there was amazing. They do a happy hour between 1730 - 1830 (although only made it once!). " For washroom supplies, we have only the toothbrush and the toothhpaste in pill form, very poor. Will try another hotel next trip to Hong Kong. This hotel is becoming old. There is only one USB outlet. All the power outlets are only in Hong Kong Style, and the hotel does not provide any help for converter.
