"This was the perfect hotel for a stay in Shinjuku. While the rooms are typically small as in most Japanese hotels, they are stylish clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Close to all transportation and lots of shopping and dining. The Airport Limousine Bus service to Narita and Haneda stop at the hotel. "

"The hotel is very centrally located at about 3 minutes walking from Shibuya crossing and right next to the station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the amenities were good and the rooms were small but comfortable. "

"The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful. There were events/parties happening 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, so the lobby and our floor were busy, but once we were in our room, it was not an issue (noise did not travel). Overall incredible stay and would go back in a heartbeat."
