"Excellent service in a hotel created in an old traditional siena building. The interior design is a little unique and didn’t suit our style, specifically the bathroom in the centre of the room which was like a goldfish bowl. Other than that, very happy."

"Did not realize that the shared bathroom was for all rooms in the hotel not just two adjoining rooms. Quite a hike up the the floor the hotel is located on. Otherwise we found the facilites very clean and the staff ere very helpful and courteous. Location was excellent and our overall experience very positive."

"By default, check-in is done with an app (Keesy) on a smartphone. If you don't have a smartphone or can't install the app, you may have issues. We had a difficult time contacting the owner to set up an alternate method of checking in. Other than that, excellent location, very clean, well set up apartment and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Location & price can’t be beat But difficult to find even w/directions. Arrived late & owner very nice but really no amenities other than a bed (VERY uncomfortable) & few towels. Drinking glasses & luggage rack would have been great. Sister hotel near Il Campo was very accommodating in helping us though. Nice courtyard albeit could use cleaning. "

"Bathroom could really be a lot cleaner. It’s a walk-up to the room on 2nd floor, but not bad unless you have a lot of luggage. The room itself is comfortable and the kitchen facilities are pretty good. I missed having a window in the room I could look out of, but also appreciated the peace and quiet. Can’t complain much about the kitchen, it has most of what you need, but there should really be a wine bottle opener. This is Italy after all. :)"

"We loved the location, just a few blocks from the piazza where we watched the palio horserace trials - super convenient The staff was very helpful, really bending over backward to get us a cab at an extremely busy time of year."
