"The hospitality is top tier. The amenities were convenient, entertaining and fun for children. There were so many options for dining and other activities for children. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. I cleaned it myself and it was fine."

"We stayed for 3 nights before flying home. Disappointed as check-in was late and at 4.30 they had to give us another room as ours still not ready. The room was nice, clean and comfortable beds. Good TV with options to sign in your Netflix and Disney accounts. Room service only appeared to extend to emptying the bin. I made the beds and no fresh towels. "Very clean place. Well kept inside and out. Staff was very friendly and interacted with our kids as well. Beautiful balcony views. Huge pool area with three bars. The food was excellent as well. My kids order food to go when we checked out to take with them they loved it so much. Live music at night was nice. We were able to pull up and valet the car as soon as we got there free of charge. They even checked our luggage so the kids can use the pool right away while we waited for our room. 5/5 we...
