"All the reviews are spot-on. The Naco apartments are great - clean, well set out and have much better amenities than I was expecting. The pool/spa area is really nice and breakfast is excellent. Also everyone was really helpful and we much appreciated the baggage being taken to the train station!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Eva apartments. The gentleman who assisted us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. The option to do laundry on site was a nice touch. Our room was also well equipped with the basic necessities and made it easy to prepare meals in the room if needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The place is great! Very close to the ski area, and if the weather is clear you can see the Matterhorn from your room if you're facing the mountain. The negative is that it is a long walk from anything other than the ski area. "

The staff did the best they could to provide entertainment, warm food and a place to say while we waited out the train. The hotel has great amenities, pool and spa services. Also only a very short walk to downtown shops and restaurants and the ski shops and lifts to the mountains! We will be back! "

"This is a new hotel with spectacular contemporary design and great attention to guest comfort. Although the county road and rail line to Zermatt are close, the soundproofing is excellent and my room was totally quiet. Mountain views in all four directions. Direct elevator to parking. Two upscale supermarkets nearby provide lots of affordable healthy meal options. Transport connections to Zermatt are as convenient as if you were staying in Zermatt."
