"We enjoyed the views from 57th floor. The towels were replaced and beds done. However the apartment , mainly the bathroom was not cleaned during our 6 night stay. When I checked with reception, the guy there was not sure how often they would clean the apartment. Also pool towels were not left in the room. when we went to collect, we were told they didn't have enough but managed to find couple of towels for us. Other than that the stay was good, accessible to everything. enjoyed the pools."

"Overall very nice property, excellent location, amenities, secured parking etc. The biggest problem was unavailability of WiFi (paid or free both). I even signed up with a local service provider @Freedom as recommended by the Hotel but it wasn’t working with mobile phones & other devices due to the problems with building router. "Of all the places I've stayed on the Gold Coast this one takes the cake! The staff are friendly, easy going, helpful and very accommodating. The apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, quiet and private. Clean air conditioning. Great kitchen, laundry and bathroom, rather impressive! The pool and leisure area is classy, family friendly and modern. Trilogy, thank you for my stay, you're playing the game right. Keep it up, I'll definitely be back and you're first up for my personal Gold...
