"We enjoyed the views from 57th floor. The towels were replaced and beds done. However the apartment , mainly the bathroom was not cleaned during our 6 night stay. When I checked with reception, the guy there was not sure how often they would clean the apartment. Also pool towels were not left in the room. when we went to collect, we were told they didn't have enough but managed to find couple of towels for us. Other than that the stay was good, accessible to everything. enjoyed the pools."

The pool and leisure area is classy, family friendly and modern. Trilogy, thank you for my stay, you're playing the game right.
