Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining...

He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi."

"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. "Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."
