"The stay here was unlike anything we have ever experienced in any other JW Marriott properties. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dining was exquisite. Buffett and Japanese cusine were memorable. Spa services including sauna, jacuzzi, steam rooms were comprehensive and tranquil. Location was a 30 minutes drive away from most Hanoi attractions. Night time can hear the machinery sound of the lift plus the sound from the night bar just right beside the hotel.
