"Reservamos uma suíte master (que deveria ter uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro-3 pessoas), mas como éramos um casal nos deram uma suíte standard com uma cama de casal (que era a metade do preço). Reclamei na recepção que gostaria que me mudassem de quarto ou me devolvessem o dinheiro da reserva. Depois de muito insistir me trocaram de quarto, mas bem longe de ser a suíte master da foto que eles vendem.
