"My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Roatan celebrating our anniversary. The staff at Paradise went above and beyond to make our trip special. There were flowers on the bed with chocolates when we checked in and surprised us the following day with a special anniversary dessert on the beach! The location is great, the beach fantastic, food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the courtesy airport transportation was hassle free! We’ll definitely be back!"

"The overall service was good, except for the guys at the Bar. Barman super rude and servers horrible! I had to stand up and ask for the menu several times, talk to the bartender which gave me a horrible treat pizza was burnt twice and flavor disgusting. "Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. "Seagrape is located on a great spot just far enough away from West End when you want seclusion yet only a couple of minutes away when you want it.
