"Stayed just for one night. Definitely would stay again if stopping for longer. Had everything you could need. It’s only downside for me were the towels as I like large bath towels. Be mindful when booking that it doesn’t have a lift "

"B B Edinburgh surpassed our expectations. On a lovely, quiet street so near where we wanted to explore, the inn felt tucked away AND right in the middle of historic, beautiful Edinburgh. The staff really made every wonderful. The breakfast menu was varied and plentiful. On one night, a friend met us for conversation and a cocktail in the first floor library, and I was so grateful for the cozy lighting and private, spacious room to entertain. A real gem!"

"All exactly as anticipated. Very pricey due to it being the Edinburgh Festival but that is to be expected unfortunately. Overall it was well located and very spacious. It was great to have the kitchenette facilities which was handy for grabbing a quick breakfast before going out and viewing back to back shows and performances. It certainly ticked all our boxes! "

"The room was a nice size and comfortable. It was clean except for the window which was covered in mold. It was in a basement area, but had a nice view out the back of the room. Would stay there again, but would want a room on an upper floor."
