"利用客の少ない平日に利用させていただきました、季節柄と今年の異常な気候によりカメムシが異常に発生しており、客室には十数匹のカメムシと独特の匂いが充満しており驚愕！！！最上階のお部屋でベランダと網戸、そしてサッシの部屋内側には無数のカメムシの死骸が・・・非常に大きな立派な施設ですが、細かい処の清掃や管理がなされていない感じがいたしました。人不足せいですかね・・・朝食のみのプランでしたので、夕食はわかりませんが朝食は個食で味わい深いお品だけに残念でした。また、温泉は実は（冷泉の加温！！）でした"

"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "
