"Our three nights at Bahia Bonita were wonderful! It was only a 3 minute walk from the water taxi pier to the property. We were pleased to be met at the pier by staff who helped carry our luggage. The view of the bay and beach is incredible, and you can hear the water all night, regardless of which room you’re in. Our unit had a partial ocean view off of the balcony, but we only had to go down the steps and sit on the large Deck area overlooking the water… There are tables, chairs, and lounge...

"The property is located right above the outcropping that separates the 2 beaches at Yelapa, and the gate is in the main path in town. Great location, and you will enjoy all night the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks 30 feet below the wrap around balcony. The stairway down to the property is in great shape and charming. It separates you from the horses, donkeys and ATV traffic. The pool, not huge, is wonderful; on the cool side late in December, which was therapeutic. It helped my...

"We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. "
